Terms and Conditions for Civil Engineering Class
By enrolling in this civil engineering course (hereafter referred to as “the Program”), the student agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. General
This course includes theoretical instruction and practical site visits.
Site visits are organized to give students real-world exposure to construction practices and engineering projects.
2. Health and Safety
All students are expected to follow safety instructions and wear proper safety gear (helmets, boots, vests, etc.) during site visits.
Any student not complying with safety protocols may be denied participation in the site visit.
3. Site Visit Participation
Site visits are optional and voluntary. Students must understand and accept the risks involved in visiting active construction sites.
Prior to any site visit, students may be required to sign a separate liability waiver.
4. Liability Disclaimer
While every effort will be made to ensure student safety, [Your Name/Institute Name] and its instructors will not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during site visits.
Students participate in such visits at their own risk.
5. Insurance

7. Changes and Cancellations
The schedule of site visits may be changed or cancelled due to weather, safety issues, or site availability. No compensation shall be provided for such changes.
